The UACEP Conference is a place where Utah concurrent enrollment practitioners and stakeholders come together to build best practices.
Cost: There is no fee to attend the Conference.

Monday, April 7th: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM – UACEP Members Meeting
Tuesday, April 8th – 8:00 am-3:00 pm.
Who’s invited?: Any secondary or post-secondary educator in Utah who plays a role in the Concurrent Enrollment program.

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Legislative and Other Updates from USHE and USBE
10:00 AM – 10:15 AM: Break
10:15 AM – 11:15 AM: Breakout Session 1: Topics are repeated during each session and include:
- General support systems for struggling students (Caraline – WSU)
- Ideas for helping students matriculate to a college or university after high school (Nicole – U of U, Toni USU)
- Wasatch District Math Initiative & Summer Program (Kim & Todd – Wasatch District)
- Advising ideas for helping student select classes with greater intentionality (Tammy – WSU)
- Ways to better track student progress when they are taking CE classes off the high school campus. (Emma – UTU)
- USBE CTE Pathways initiatives overview to help everyone understand what we are trying to accomplish (Regional CTE Coordinator – Snow College)
